I love using green Prisma markers. I don't know what they use in them but I always liked the greens they have out and how awesome the results are when you blend them properly. So the other day I wanted to do a primarily green piece and it hit me, the Gillman. I've never drawn the CFTBL before but this was really fun. For some odd reason I enjoy drawing tedious things with scales and this was one great, lots of little circles and over shading. I'm thinking about doing the rest of the Universal's in this theme, primarily using one color, but who knows.
This was done on regular sketchbook paper with Prisma markers, Micron pens, and Gouache for the background. |
