Baragon by NickShev Baragon by NickShev
I've been watching Frankenstein Conquers the World a lot lately and wanted to do a head shot of Baragon. Of all the (non Godzilla) Toho monsters I think big B was my favorite. He just looked so cool, so distinctly japanese and was really wasted in his one major role. In my book Frank would have been destroyed by Baragon, a remake should be done. At any rate this piece was done with prisma markers, speedball ink, and a really bad water color job.

Awesome work! Baragon was always one of my favorites too. He has another semi-prominent role in Godzilla Mothra and King Ghidorah: Giant Monsters All-Out Attack. He receives a decent upgrade, and has a pretty good tussle with the Big G. ;)

Great job.
Y'know, when I first saw Baragon, I thought he looked like a ceratopsian.
